How do we increase trail and awareness of Neutrogena® Naturals and promote the skin care range as a ecologically friendly product?

Idea:

We created a fun and interactive sampling campaign which rewards naturally beautiful behaviour and drives conversation through the Neutrogena Facebook page. Our brand ambassador teams toured locations on custom designed city bikes and rewarded consumers with a unique code flyers which could be redeemed through the Facebook page for a Neutrogena Pack valued at $24.94

Impact:

  • 64 locations visited across Sydney, Auckland, Wellington and Melbourne
  • 5,892 consumers rewarded for naturally beautiful behaviour
  • 6,323 indirect impressions with consumers
  • 1,551 online Neutrogena Packs redemptions
  • 5,012 users interacted with the Facebook app across the four weeks of the campaign
